I'm working on a business model modeled after the Eden Project by Dr. Bill Thomas: http://changingaging.org/ , also see www.ncbcapitalimpact.org (Green House initiative... institutionalizing senior assisted living ).
The thought is to build-out or rehab an estate style home and allow, high performance greenhousing , aqua-culture, and edible landscape to help defer capital expenditures, and increase, activities.
