Using Technology to Small Business Advantage

It shouldn't be Small business news to think that cutting edge technology is reserved for the big boys. It's not! I have found things like Call center software that can run on a PC, inventory software that outperforms big ticket packages, and even Adt security systems that work fine for store security. You have to do some research, but with tools like google and yahoo, you can find solutions without having to hire expensive consultants. It maddens me when small business owners don't even try to leverage technology to improve their business efficiency.
